Mohtaseb Cancer Center & Blood Disorders has provided a secure, online patient portal for our patients.

When you provide your email address at your initial visit, you will receive an email with an invitation with information needed to access the portal.

Through the portal, you will be able to:

• access your medical records - office notes, lab reports, radiology reports
• send a direct message to staff at our office
• view upcoming appointments
