      With over 33 years of dedicated experience in nursing, Rachel Pink has built a distinguished career rooted in compassion, clinical excellence, and lifelong learning. As an advanced practice nurse, she has served patients across the full spectrum of cancer care–from diagnosis and active treatment through survivorship and palliative support.

      Ms. Pink began her career as a staff nurse in in the early 1990s gaining front-line experience in women's health, in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Her passion for patient care led her to pursuing advanced education, earning a master of science in nursing and the board certification as a family nurse practitioner, and later as an advanced oncology certified nurse practitioner (AOCNP). Over the decades she has held diverse roles including infusion nurse, clinical nurse specialist, nurse educator, clinical trials coordinator, oncology nurse manager, and nurse practitioner in both the academic and community settings. She has a deep knowledge of both hematologic, and solid tumors, but her early days in women's health have led her to take a special interest in breast and gynecological cancers. Ms. Pink specializes in comprehensive cancer treatment planning, symptom management, survivorship care, and patient education. She works closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure that patients and families receive holistic care tailored to the patient's unique needs.

      Over the years, Ms. Pink has received awards and recognition for her clinical practice at Northshore University Health Systems, Intermountain health Care, and the VA Medical System. She has served as a member of the Veterans Administration Oncology Steering Committee, as well as the Nevada Oncology Society APP Advisory Council. She graduated with honors from Marquette University with her BSN, her MSN in Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University, her post-masters Nurse Practitioner degree from Purdue University, her Post-masters Oncology Nurse Practitioner Certification from Loyola University Chicago, and is on-track to complete her doctorate of nursing practice in January of 2026 from Touro University, Nevada.

      Ms. Pink has a strong commitment to providing evidence-based practice, which places patients at the center of care. Her clinical approach is grounded in empathy, communication, and empowerment - always putting patients first, and striving to guide patients through their cancer journey with clarity and dignity.
